Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is an American actress and model. Her most well-known role was for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson is National Board Certified and holds a degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a National Board-certified Teacher with 11 years working in the classroom. Angela began this site in 2003 while she was still a teacher. Her goal was to inspire educators with practical ideas for the classroom and to help them develop a positive attitude. The site was called Ms. Powell's ideas for managing for teachers until 2008. It then became The Cornerstone for Teachers, after the publication of her book. Angela's professional development program on productivity has been used by more than 45,000 schools through the 40-hour Workweek. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour later was extended in order to encompass instructional coaches, as well as administrators. This helps teachers become more deliberate with their contractual schedule and their instruction, so they are able to focus on the things that matter.
